For Fleming & Partner, located in the prestigious business hub of Al Reem Island, the requirement was clear: create a workspace that reflects professional transparency while ensuring confidential zones remain private.
The challenge lay in maintaining the natural light of their high-rise office while adding a layer of visual security. Ninety Nine Advertising LLC was commissioned to design and install a comprehensive frosted glass manifestation suite. Our solution provided a sleek, "etched-glass" look that reinforces their brand presence across glass partitions and entryways, ensuring a premium first impression for clients and a focused environment for the team.
Project Technical Details: Precision Application & Material Excellence
To ensure the "Technical Truth" of the installation, we utilized premium-grade materials and cutting-edge fabrication techniques:
- High-Grade Sandblast Film: We applied premium frosted vinyl (sandblast effect) known for its high UV resistance and bubble-free finish, ensuring long-term durability in Abu Dhabi’s climate.
- Precision Plot-Cutting: The Fleming & Partner logo was integrated into the film using high-precision digital plot-cutting. This allows for crisp, sharp edges that mimic the look of expensive sandblasted glass at a fraction of the cost.
- Privacy Manifestation: We calculated the optimal height and density for the frosting to provide maximum privacy for seated occupants in conference rooms while allowing light to flow through the upper glass sections.
- Expert Surface Preparation: Our installation team followed a multi-stage cleaning and application process to ensure zero dust entrapment, resulting in a flawless, "factory-finish" appearance on all glass surfaces.
