Custom Mesh Banner Installation for Sudhir Gensets

Sudhir Gensets FZE is a leading provider of power generation and equipment rentals, operating out of the heavy industrial hub of Sector M45, Musaffah.

For Ninety Nine Advertising LLC, the requirement was to produce and install a massive 127-meter by 2-meter mesh banner to serve as high-impact perimeter branding. The work needed to accurately project the corporate identity while overcoming the high winds, dust, and intense UV exposure typical of the Musaffah industrial zone.

Because this venue features a long, exposed perimeter boundary, a standard solid PVC banner would act as a sail, putting dangerous structural stress on the fence and eventually tearing. The site required a deliberate wind-permeable solution utilizing robust edge reinforcement to maintain a taut, professional aesthetic for passing traffic without compromising the fence's integrity.

This project was delivered as a highly robust outdoor engineering package rather than a standard promotional printing job.

The branded elements had to align perfectly with the client's specific corporate colors, maintain sharp visual quality across a massive scale, and support the heavy-duty character of the power solutions sector. In practical terms, that meant utilizing heavy-duty mesh banners (durable, weather-resistant, and wind-permeable), selected specifically for their ability to allow 30-40% airflow while retaining solid graphic opacity.

The installation required specialized finishing to handle the UAE's specific wind dynamics and high UV index. We utilized industrial banner edge welding across the entire 127-meter span to heavily reinforce the eyelet anchoring points. For the installation process, we strictly used stainless steel tie cables rather than standard plastic zip ties, ensuring the 254sqm structure remains permanently and securely anchored to the fencing without the risk of UV-induced snapping or high-wind tear-offs.
