For 49er's Steakhouse & Lounge, a historic name in the UAE’s dining scene owned by Southern Franchise Company (SFC Group), the move to Leaf Tower in Tamouh demanded a visual presence that matches the prestige of the location. Ninety Nine Advertinging LLC was commissioned to manufacture and install a comprehensive exterior and interior signage suite, ensuring maximum brand visibility from both the street level and the surrounding Al Reem Island high-rises.
The primary challenge involved the high-risk, high-altitude installation of the building facade signage, alongside a specialized mounting solution for the restaurant's terrace seating. Our solution delivered a crisp, high-fidelity brand image that withstands the extreme coastal conditions of the Al Reem area.
Project Technical Details: Precision Fabrication & High-Altitude Logistics
Hospitality branding in high-rise environments like Leaf Tower requires "Technical Truth" to ensure both safety and aesthetic excellence:
- High-Altitude Facade Signage: We engineered and installed the primary 49er's logo at a height of 28 meters. The letters were fabricated from high-grade 3D aluminum with a powder-coated finish for maximum weather resistance.
- Specialized Glass-Mounted Signage: For the terrace seating area, we installed 3D illuminated signs mounted directly onto the glass facade using a custom-engineered raceway structure. This allowed for a secure, floating aesthetic without compromising the structural integrity of the glass partitions.
- Industrial Illumination & Print Quality: Every sign utilized our signature Samsung chip LED and Mean Well driver combo for reliable 24/7 performance. To ensure perfect brand fidelity, we used UV printing for the logo details on premium PLEXIGLAS® acrylic faces.
- Comprehensive Wayfinding: In addition to the facade work, we provided a high-impact front entrance sign, creating a cohesive brand journey from the moment guests arrive at the Holiday Inn/Leaf Tower entrance.
