Project Overview: Defining Professionalism through Interior Design
For a firm like Mesar Engineering & Project Management Consultancy, the office environment must communicate precision and structural expertise. Located in the bustling Al Nahyan district, their office required a branding overhaul that provided both privacy and a modern aesthetic.
Ninety Nine Advertising LLC was tasked with creating a cohesive visual language throughout the suite. We moved beyond simple frosting by incorporating custom-printed architectural elements and high-impact 3D signage. The result is a workspace that reinforces Mesar's identity as a leader in engineering and project management from the moment a client walks through the door.
Project Technical Details: Multi-Layered Branding & Graphic Precision
To achieve the "Technical Truth" expected by engineering professionals, we focused on high-fidelity printing and durable mounting:
- Architectural Frosted Manifestation: We utilized printed frosted glass stickers to depict a high-density city skyline. This was achieved using eco-solvent printing on premium frosted film, allowing for a gradient effect that provides privacy while maintaining a sense of scale and transparency.
- Ultra-Clear Geometric Graphics: For the meeting room partitions, we applied ultra-clear glass stickers featuring a multi-tonal blue triangle motif. This adds a dynamic, modern energy to the glass without blocking the view or light.
- 3D Standoff Signage: The indoor signage was manufactured using a combination of CNC-cut acrylic and aluminum composites. These signs feature 3D raised lettering to provide depth and are mounted using high-grade stainless steel standoffs for a floating, premium appearance.
- High-Resolution Color Matching: All prints and 3D elements were color-matched to Mesar’s corporate blue, ensuring brand consistency across different media—from the translucency of the glass film to the solid finish of the wall signs.
