Project Overview: Strategic Fleet Branding for the SANY Launch
When Emirates Global Motor Electric (EGME), a member of the Al Fahim Group, prepared to launch their new line of SANY Electric vehicles, they required a branding partner capable of translating a bold visual identity across a diverse fleet.
Ninety Nine Advertising LLC was commissioned to execute a partial branding solution for 12 vehicles, ensuring the new electric trucks and cars reflected the group's commitment to sustainable mobility.
The primary challenge was to maintain brand consistency while adapting complex geometric artwork to various vehicle contours. Our approach focused on high-visibility placement that maximized brand impact on the roads of Abu Dhabi without requiring full vehicle wraps.
Project Technical Details: Precision Engineering & Rapid Deployment
Efficiency and material longevity were the cornerstones of this project. To ensure a seamless finish and minimize the "downtime" of the client’s logistical assets, we followed a rigorous multi-stage process:
- Site Survey & Measurement: Our team conducted on-site measuring in Musaffah and captured high-resolution photography of the actual vehicles to ensure 100% accuracy in artwork scaling.
- Artwork Adaptation: We developed custom design mockups for each vehicle type, adapting the geometric SANY branding to fit doors, panels, and curves perfectly.
- Premium Materials: We utilized high-grade Cast Vinyl, specifically chosen for its superior conformability and resistance to the harsh UAE climate, ensuring the branding remains vibrant and bubble-free.
- Logistics-First Timeline: Recognizing the importance of fleet availability, we completed the planning and adaptation phase in 5 days, followed by a streamlined 7-day window for print and installation.
