The Brief: Partial Vehicle Branding for an Electric Mobility Fleet
Emirates Global Motor Electric, a member of Al Fahim Group, needed a fleet branding solution for the launch of SANY Electric vehicles. The brand had to appear consistently across a mixed group of trucks and cars without using full vehicle wraps on every unit.
The commercial requirement was clear: make the fleet visible on Abu Dhabi roads while keeping the branding efficient, consistent, and suitable for different vehicle contours. Ninety Nine Advertising LLC was commissioned to deliver a partial vehicle branding package for 12 vehicles, translating the SANY Electric visual identity across panels, doors, and curves with enough impact to support daily road exposure.




Signage Scope Delivered for Emirates Global Motor Electric
The main scope covered partial vehicle branding for 12 SANY Electric vehicles. Partial branding was used to place the brand identity on the most visible impact zones of each vehicle, giving the fleet a unified appearance without covering every surface.
Vehicle lettering and decals supported the rollout by carrying key logos, visual shapes, and identification details in a controlled layout. These elements helped make the vehicles recognisable while allowing each vehicle type to keep a practical, clean finish.
The wider vehicle branding scope included design adaptation for different vehicle bodies. Because the fleet included multiple shapes, the artwork could not be applied as one flat template. It needed to be scaled and adjusted so the brand graphics sat correctly on doors, side panels, and rear sections.

The project began with on-site survey and measurement in Musaffah. The team captured high-resolution photography of the actual vehicles so the artwork could be scaled accurately for each model. This step was important because fleet branding fails quickly when flat artwork is forced onto curved panels without adaptation.
Custom design mockups were developed for each vehicle type. The geometric SANY branding was adjusted to fit doors, panels, and vehicle curves while keeping the visual identity consistent across the fleet.
The supplied project data confirms the use of high-grade cast vinyl. Cast vinyl was selected for better conformability over vehicle contours compared with lower-grade film families, supporting a cleaner application on mixed fleet surfaces.
The project planning and adaptation phase was completed in 5 days, followed by a 7-day window for printing and installation. This kept the work aligned with the operational need to reduce vehicle downtime while delivering a coherent mobile branding system.
