Building Directories & Tenant Listings Signs Abu Dhabi
Lobby directory signs for tenant listings, floor guidance, department identification, and reception navigation in commercial buildings and shared premises.
Product Overview
When visitors enter a multi-tenant building, the lobby directory is the first thing they look for. A confusing, outdated, or poorly lit directory board leads to immediate frustration and a negative first impression of the property management.
Ninety Nine Advertising builds modular lobby directory systems that are both elegant and functional. Our designs allow for quick tenant updates and are engineered for high legibility, ensuring your visitors find their destination information in seconds.
Key Specification Facts
- Interchangeable Slat Technology: Snap-in panels for cost-effective tenant name updates.
- Integrated LED Backlighting: Ensures 24/7 legibility in lobbies and low-light areas.
- Architectural Grade ACP: Rust-proof and perfectly flat foundations for a premium look.

Technical Highlights
- High-Scanability Layouts: Consistent typography, spacing, and bilingual (Arabic/English) alignment ensure fast name and suite lookup for visitors.
- Scalable Capacity: Frames are planned with additional blank slots or expandable sections to accommodate future occupancy changes seamlessly.
- Lobby Wall Integration: Mounting systems are planned to align with architectural finishes (marble, wood, or glass), ensuring the board matches lobby sightlines.

- Systemized Consistency: Follows a strict layout standard that prevents the use of mismatched temporary labels, maintaining a high-end management aesthetic.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to call you every time a tenant changes?
No. That is the beauty of the Modular Slat System. We design the directory with slide-out rails. When a tenant leaves, you simply slide out their old slat and slide in a new one (or a blank). You only need to order the new slat insert from us, which is a quick and low-cost process.
Can the header be illuminated?
Yes. We often fabricate the main "Building Name" or "Directory" header as an Internal LED Lightbox. This draws attention to the sign and adds a premium feel to the lobby, while the tenant slats below remain non-illuminated for easy reading.
How many names can it hold?
t is fully customizable. We can build single-column directories for small buildings (10–20 names) or massive multi-column boards for skyscrapers (100+ names). We calculate the height based on readability—ensuring the top names aren't too high and the bottom names aren't too low.
What finishes are available?
We match the directory to your lobby's interior design. Common finishes include Brushed Stainless Steel (for a modern corporate look), Anodized Gold/Brass (for hotels and ministries), or Powder-Coated Aluminum (matte black or white) for contemporary workspaces.
