2. Material Selection
Appropriate vinyl material is selected based on application duration, opacity requirements, and performance expectations. Standard calendered vinyl for flat glass applications; premium cast vinyl for extended durability needs.
3. Printing and Lamination
Full-color graphics are digitally printed using eco-solvent, UV-cured, or latex printing with UV-resistant inks. Protective overlaminate applied for abrasion resistance, scratch protection, and extended outdoor lifespan.
4. Surface Preparation
Glass surfaces are thoroughly cleaned with non-ammonia cleaners and prepared to ensure optimal adhesion, coordinated with after-hours scheduling where required for commercial properties.
5. Installation and Inspection
Vinyl is applied using dry application method with professional squeegee technique. Premium materials feature air-release channels for bubble-free installation. Installation followed by edge trimming and quality inspection to confirm opacity, alignment, and finish quality.

Can I see out of the window with opaque graphics?
No. Opaque graphics block visibility from both sides. If you require a view from the inside looking out, we recommend our One Way Vision (perforated) product instead. Opaque graphics are best used when you want to hide the interior view completely (e.g., storage areas or renovation sites).
Can opaque window graphics be removed without damaging glass?
Yes. Professional removal using heat application (hair dryer or heat gun) allows vinyl to be peeled away without glass damage. Adhesive residue may remain but is removable with citrus-based adhesive removers. Glass surfaces remain undamaged after proper removal process.
What is "Grey-Backed" vinyl and why do you use it?
Grey-backed vinyl has a pigmented adhesive layer. This prevents light from passing through the graphic. Without it, strong internal store lights could make the print look washed out at night. The grey back ensures your colors look solid and punchy 24/7.
Can this be applied to the inside of the glass?
es, but it is typically applied to the exterior for maximum impact. Exterior application prevents glass reflections from obscuring the design. However, for specific lease requirements or high-rise floors, we can reverse-print on clear vinyl for interior application.
