Project Overview: Comprehensive Brand Integration for Luxury Hospitality
For Al Andalus Al Seef Resort, located in the prominent Al Muntazah district of Abu Dhabi, the requirement was a seamless integration of brand identity into a luxury hospitality environment.
Ninety Nine Advertising LLC was commissioned to manufacture and install a complete architectural signage suite, ensuring every touchpoint—from the primary building entrance to individual guest villas—reflected the resort’s sophisticated aesthetic.
The project involved the production of high-impact building facade signage, multiple illuminated pylon signs for site-wide wayfinding, and custom identification signs.
Our challenge was to maintain consistent RAL matching across diverse sign types while ensuring the illumination provided a welcoming, premium "warm white" ambiance throughout the resort’s day and night cycles.
Project Technical Details: Architectural Engineering & Precision Wayfinding
Hospitality projects of this scale demand "Technical Truth" in every detail to ensure both durability and aesthetic perfection:
- 3D Backlit Facade Signage: We fabricated high-grade aluminum letters with a warm white halo effect. These were finished with powder coating and installed at height on the primary building facade, utilizing a backlit configuration for a soft, prestigious glow.
- Illuminated Pylon Wayfinding: Several pylon signs were strategically installed across the resort. These feature internal lighting systems and premium acrylic panels, providing clear, 24/7 direction for guests navigating the campus.
- Bespoke Villa Identification: For the resort's private residences, we manufactured custom 3D aluminum numbering with a stud fixing method. Each unit was precision powder-coated and installed to ensure a clean, floating aesthetic that integrates with the villa architecture.
- Facility Identification Signage: A suite of custom identification signs was produced using powder-coated aluminum, providing a unified visual language for all guest amenities and service areas.
