The Brief: Nationwide Pharmacy Signage Rollout Across UAE Sites
LIFE Pharmacy needed a phased signage rollout that could keep its healthcare retail identity consistent across more than 20 locations. The project covered different site types, including 24-hour street-side branches, mall locations, and larger rooftop installations.
For pharmacy retail, signage functions as both identification and trust signal. The brand has to be readable, bright, clean, and consistent across locations because customers often look for pharmacies quickly from roads, mall corridors, and service areas. Ninety Nine Advertising LLC was commissioned to execute the rollout across an 18-month timeline, delivering shopfront signboards, blade signage, and one way vision film as part of the wider store branding package.




Signage Scope Delivered for LIFE Healthcare Group
The main scope included shopfront signboards for LIFE Pharmacy locations. These signs created the primary retail identity at each branch and supported recognition across street-side and mall environments.

Design & Fabrication Solution
The illuminated shopfront signage used 10,000K Samsung chip LEDs to create LIFE Pharmacy’s bright white visual signature, according to the supplied project data. Mean Well HLG series power supplies were used across the rollout to support stable operation of the illuminated signs.
The 3D front-lit letters were fabricated with plexiglass acrylic faces, helping distribute light across the letter faces and support the blue and white brand palette. Custom-coated 4 mm aluminium composite panel backgrounds were used to match LIFE Pharmacy’s brand colours.
For mall locations, the project data confirms the use of back-painted glass backgrounds, giving the illuminated letters a cleaner, reflective base suited to interior retail environments.
The rollout also included massive-scale rooftop signboards for flagship locations. The source data mentions structural wind-load engineering for these rooftop signs.
