For Madang Korean Restaurant, located in a high-profile hospitality zone at the Holiday Inn Abu Dhabi, the objective was to create an inviting, high-end retail presence that attracts both hotel guests and local patrons.
Ninety NineAdvertising LLC was commissioned to execute a full branding suite, ranging from initial pre-launch hoarding graphics to permanent brushed stainless steel signage.
The project demanded a balance between vibrant marketing and sophisticated architectural integration. Our solution provided Madang with a consistent visual presence across multiple touchpoints, including opaque window branding for privacy and high-impact illuminated signboards that define the restaurant’s storefront and reception areas.

Project Technical Details: Precision Engineering & High-Spec Illumination
To meet the "Technical Truth" required by hospitality developers and retail operators, we utilized industrial-grade components designed for long-term performance:
- Retail Storefront Signage: We fabricated two primary sets (English and Arabic) using brushed finish stainless steel (316 marine-grade). These are powered by our signature Samsung chip LED and Mean Well driver combo, providing a consistent, high-output glow.
- Backlit 3D Reception Signage: The interior feature sign utilizes marine-grade stainless steel 3D reception signage with a 10mm acrylic diffuser mounted behind the letters, creating a soft, premium halo effect that welcomes guests upon entry.
- Opaque Window Branding: To define the restaurant’s perimeter, we installed high-resolution opaque printed window graphics, providing both brand visibility and interior privacy from the hotel’s common areas.
- Strategic Hoarding Banner: During the fit-out phase, we deployed a large-format hoarding banner facing the hotel lobby. This pre-launch advertising effectively built anticipation while maintaining a professional appearance during construction.
