The Brief: Rooftop Signage on Corniche Abu Dhabi
Bay View required a cleaner and more premium rooftop identity that could serve as the site’s visual anchor.
The existing signage needed to be removed and replaced with a bilingual rooftop sign that reads clearly from distance during the day and performs with balanced illumination at night.
The project also required a different signage treatment at the main entrance. While the rooftop sign needed distance visibility, the entrance signboard needed a warmer and more refined finish for close-range viewing. Signage Scope Delivered for Bay View - Al Marina, Abu Dhabi
Ninety Nine Advertising LLC handled the full signage upgrade from removal to installation.
For the rooftop, the scope included careful removal of the existing signage followed by supply and installation of new front-lit rooftop letters. The rooftop sign used acrylic / plexiglass faces with precision-built returns to create a clean profile.
The rooftop illumination system used Samsung chip LED modules and Mean Well transformers, based on the supplied project details. Concealed wiring routes and a serviceable internal layout were included to keep the rooftop structure visually clean and easier to maintain.
For the main entrance, Ninety Nine Advertising LLC installed a warm backlit 3D signboard. The fascia was fabricated from aluminum and powder coated to match the client’s specified RAL colour. An acrylic diffuser layer was used to support a smoother illuminated effect and reduce visible hotspots.
The entrance signboard was finished with clean edges, concealed fixings, and tidy cable management for a polished close-range view.

The solution separated the signage by viewing distance and user experience. The rooftop sign was treated as a high-visibility identity element, using front-lit bilingual letters, acrylic faces, Samsung chip LED modules, Mean Well transformers, and concealed wiring for a cleaner architectural result.
The entrance signboard was designed for a more refined arrival experience, using a powder-coated aluminum fascia, warm backlit illumination, and an acrylic diffuser layer to create a softer glow. MEWP / boom lift access supported controlled installation at height.
