Landmark Rooftop Signage Upgrade for Bay View
For Bay View, the rooftop sign is the site’s visual anchor. The objective was simple: replace the existing signage with a cleaner, more premium identity that reads clearly from distance in daylight and performs reliably at night.
Ninety Nine Advertising LLC handled the full scope of this outdoor signage solution, starting with careful removal of the existing signage and proceeding with fabrication and installation of a new bilingual rooftop sign, aligned to the tower architecture and engineered for consistent illumination and long-term outdoor performance.

This project required two different lighting outcomes: a crisp, high-visibility rooftop sign for distance viewing, and a refined warm backlit signboard at the main entrance for close-range brand experience.
- Letter construction: Acrylic (plexiglass) face with precision-built returns for a clean profile
- Illumination: Samsung chip LED modules for uniform brightness and stable color output
- Power system: Meanwell transformers for reliable, regulated performance in outdoor conditions
- Build approach: Concealed wiring routes and serviceable internal layout to keep the structure clean and maintainable
- Visibility goal: Strong legibility in daytime, with balanced front-lit illumination at night

- Fascia/build: Aluminum signboard powder coated to match the client’s specified RAL color
- Lighting: Warm backlit illumination designed for a premium feel
- Diffusion: Acrylic diffuser layer to eliminate hotspots and deliver an even glow across the face
- Finish standard: Clean edges, concealed fixings, and tidy cable management for a polished entrance view
