Project Overview: Retail Authority through High-Impact Signage

For a major retail destination like Makani Shopping Centre in Al Shamkhah, visibility is the primary driver of footfall.

Ninety Nine Advertising LLC was commissioned to manufacture and install three massive sets of building facade signage designed to dominate the local skyline. The scope involved two primary sets measuring 600cm x 1400cm and a third monumental set measuring 1800cm x 750cm.

The project required a partner capable of handling extreme scale and complex logistics. Our solution provided a crisp, vibrant brand presence that is legible from kilometers away, ensuring Makani remains the most recognizable landmark in the Shamkhah region.

Project Technical Details: Heavy-Duty Engineering & High-Altitude Logistics

  • Premium Material Build: Each letter was fabricated from high-grade 3D Aluminum with a powder-coated finish for long-term corrosion resistance. We utilized PLEXIGLAS® front-face acrylic for its superior light transmission and UV stability.
  • Industrial Illumination: To ensure consistent, high-output brightness, we integrated Samsung chip LED modules powered by Mean Well HLG-series waterproof drivers, ensuring the electrical system remains stable in all weather conditions.
  • High-Altitude Installation: Our team managed the installation at heights of up to 28 meters on the main facade and 14 meters on the rear service entrance. This involved specialized heavy-lifting equipment and strict safety coordination.
  • RAL Matching: Every set was precision-finished using RAL matching to ensure the vibrant green and blue brand colors remained consistent across different light conditions and installation heights.
